50th Anniversary Exhibition at the Terrain Gallery

On Saturday, May 7, 2005, a major event will take place in the art world at the opening of the 50th anniversary exhibition of the Terrain Gallery, located at 141 Greene Street in Manhattan's SoHo district. In 1955 the Terrain opened with artist Dorothy Koppelman as founding director. A statement by Dorothy Koppelman appears on the announcement of the anniversary show. The opening is from 2-5pm. The work of some of the foremost contemporary American artists will be on viewincluding Edmond Casarella, Richard Anuszkiewicz, Rolph Scarlett, Arnold Schmidt, Richard Claude Ziemann.
